These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Six30 mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Six30 is a real-time dating app that connects users for social interaction and potential romantic relationships. We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and engaging platform for our users. These Terms outline the rules and guidelines that govern your use of the App, so please take some time to familiarize yourself with them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Six30 mobile application ("App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Six30 is a real-time dating application that connects users for social interaction and potential romantic relationships. The App provides features such as profile creation, live events, chat functionality, and [mention other key features, e.g., date booking assistance].

3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years old to use the App.
• Account Creation: You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Engage in any harassing, abusive, or threatening behavior.
• Violate the privacy of others.
• Interfere with the operation of the App.

5. Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post on the App.
• License: You grant Six30 a non-exclusive license to use your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

• App Ownership: The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

• No Guarantees: Six30 does not guarantee that you will find a match or a date through the App.
• User Interactions: Six30 is not responsible for the conduct of its users.
• Third-Party Services: The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Six30 is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect Damages: Six30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

9. Termination

• Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time.
• Termination by Six30: Six30 may terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Modifications to Terms

• Six30 may modify these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled through [dispute resolution mechanism, e.g., arbitration].

13. Text Messaging

• By agreeing to these terms and providing your phone number in the app, you permit the Six30 app to send you text message notifications for important alerts such as One-Time Passcodes, Alerts, etc.

Six30 – EVENTS WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK (CALIFORNIA)

By registering for or attending Six30 events (“Events”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

• I understand that in-person social and dating events involve risks, including interactions with strangers, alcohol consumption, crowded venues, slips or falls, and emotional discomfort. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release Six30 and its owners, employees, contractors, hosts, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the Event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Third-Party Venues

• Events take place at third-party venues not owned or controlled by Six30. Six30 is not responsible for venue conditions, staff actions, or alcohol service.

4. Alcohol

• If alcohol is present, I confirm I am 21+ and agree to drink responsibly. I understand Six30 does not serve alcohol and is not responsible for over-consumption.

5. Harassment & Consent

• Six30 has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, unwanted advances, intimidation, or non-consensual behavior. I understand that consent must be clear, mutual, and may be withdrawn at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Other Attendees

• I acknowledge Six30 is not responsible for the conduct of other attendees, and I am solely responsible for my own behavior and interactions.

7. Photo & Video

• I grant permission for photos or videos taken at the Event to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify staff otherwise.

8. Governing Law

• This waiver is governed by California law, with venue in Los Angeles County.

Acknowledgment

• I have read and understand this waiver and agree to it voluntarily.

Data Privacy and Security

Six30 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This section outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the App.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: This includes information you provide when creating an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, location, and profile picture.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, such as the features you access, the profiles you view, and the messages you send.
• Device Information: We collect information about your device, such as your device type, operating system, and IP address.
• Location Data: With your permission, we collect your location data to help you connect with other users in your area.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the App's services.
• Connect you with other users.
• Personalize your experience.
• Send you notifications and updates.
• Verify your identity through phone number OTPs.
• Analyze usage patterns and trends.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access and misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Other Users: Your profile information and content are visible to other users of the App.
• Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (for example, payment processors and cloud storage providers).
• Event Partners and Sponsors: When you attend a Six30 event, we may share limited contact information (such as your name and email address) with that event's partners and sponsors (for example, brands and organizations like venues or sponsoring companies) so they can contact you about their own products, services, communities, and offers. We share this information only for attendees, and you can opt out of this sharing at any time (see "Your Choices and Rights" below).
• Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information to legal authorities if required by law or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing described above may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under California law, and you have the right to opt out of it as described below.Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can access and review your data.
• Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your data.
• Opt Out of Partner Sharing: You can tell us not to share your information with event partners and sponsors. To opt out, email us at akash@six30.co or use the settings in the App. If you opt out, we will not include your information in lists shared with event partners or sponsors.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sharing or sale of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children or anyone under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We reserve the right to update this section from time to time.
