Six30 ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

• Event Partners and Sponsors: When you attend a Six30 event, we may share limited contact information (such as your name and email address) with that event's partners and sponsors (for example, brands and organizations like venues or sponsoring companies) so they can contact you about their own products, services, communities, and offers. We share this information only for attendees, and you can opt out of this sharing at any time (see "Your Choices and Rights" below).
• Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information to legal authorities if required by law or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing described above may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under California law, and you have the right to opt out of it as described below.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can access and review your data.
• Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your data.
• Opt Out of Partner Sharing: You can tell us not to share your information with event partners and sponsors. To opt out, email us at akash@six30.co or contact support through the settings in the App. If you opt out, we will not include your information in lists shared with event partners or sponsors.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sharing or sale of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
